The City of Columbus - Bartholomew County Planning Department is proposing changes to how the City’s zoning ordinance addresses housing and we would like your input. While zoning changes alone will not directly result in needed new housing, we can ensure these regulations are free of unintended barriers, welcome a diversity of housing types, and provide clear and efficient permitting processes.
