Completion and submission of this questionnaire does not guarantee an endorsement or financial contribution.

All questionnaires must be received by the stated deadlines to be considered. For the Primary Election, questionnaires are due by February 15th, with funding decisions and disbursements to selected candidates made by April 1st. For the General Election, questionnaires are due by August 15th, with funding decisions and disbursements to selected candidates made by October 1st.

Candidates should expect that an interview with the Trustees will be scheduled following the receipt and review of their completed questionnaire. All funding decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Trustees.
