Shape the learning experiences that help our members thrive! From continuing education to new member orientation, you’ll play a key role in equipping our members with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Perfect for anyone who loves to share ideas and support growth.

ELECTION/NOMINATING *

Play a key role in shaping the future of our Association! This committee selects candidates to serve on the Board of Directors and oversees the annual election process. This a meaningful opportunity for seasoned leaders to guide the future of leadership. Previous experience on the Board of Directors required.

INAUGURAL BALL *

Bring the celebration to life! Help design and plan our annual Inaugural Celebration. Plan everything from the theme and décor to entertainment and menu. If you enjoy event planning and making memorable experiences, this is the place for you.

MEMBERSHIP *

Welcome new faces to Crossroads! This committee meets with applicants, guides them through their responsibilities, and helps them feel at home in the Association.

A wonderful fit for those who enjoy mentoring, connecting, and building relationships. Meets monthly as needed.

PROGRAMS *

Be part of the team that makes our events shine! From Lunch N’ Learns to our Annual Meeting, you’ll help plan speakers, décor, catering, and all the little touches that make gatherings enjoyable and meaningful. Great for detail-lovers and event enthusiasts.

Love design, writing, or brainstorming ideas? This committee brings our quarterly @home magazine to life! They design content, style, and layout to spotlight our membership. A perfect spot for creatives and storytellers.

AWARDS *

Help shine a spotlight on excellence in real estate! This committee selects the REALTOR® of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Lifetime Achievement, Affiliate of the Year, Good Neighbor, and Jayne Hege Legacy of Service, and 50-year member to be honored at the Inaugural Celebration. Perfect for members who value recognizing dedication and success in our profession. Previous experience of two years as a REALTOR® required.

RPAC *

Inspires and encourages member support for the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) through coordinated fundraising efforts. Responsible for organizing the annual RPAC auction, including event planning, catering coordination, and promotion. Ideal if you enjoy event planning, advocacy, or rallying others around a cause.

The Fair Housing Committee is dedicated to upholding the principles of equal opportunity in housing and ensuring every REALTOR® provides fair, ethical, and professional service to all. This committee works to educate members on Fair Housing laws, ethical responsibilities, and best practices through training, certifications, and awareness initiatives.
