Katina Tooley is a Columbus Indiana native, military spouse, and mother to three boys. Although raised in Columbus she is familiar with the challenges of moving, having relocated her family on several occasions. As a dedicated mother who prioritizes family, she understands the value of making a house a home. Katina began her professional career as a residential interior designer where she learned to see things both for what they are, and what they could be. She transitioned to event planning in 2005 when she started her own company. Since that time she has developed her ability to help clients realize their dreams and enjoy the experience throughout the process. Katina finds gratification in helping people enjoy those special moments in life. She believes in starting with a good plan and understands working within timelines. She is friendly, thoughtful, attentive to details, and an expert at synchronizing logistics to make things happen. She loves all aspects of helping clients and is committed to their satisfaction. Katina is excited to be a part of the 1 Percent Lists Indiana Real Estate team and serve clients as they seek to find the right home.
